General Terms and Conditions (Online Shop / Private Use)
Introduction
Our general terms and conditions describe how you (as the customer) may use the services of wildlife.de and how we carry out this service. In this contract, "wildlife.de" stands for "wildlife.de, Lange Str. 7, D-76307 Karlsbad, Germany". These general terms and conditions constitute a final agreement between wildlife.de and the customer regarding the service and supersede all other arrangements.
§1 Order Acceptance:
A contract for the digital development of image files is formed between wildlife.de and the customer as soon as the customer completes the order on the homepage. All orders are accepted and processed exclusively under the following conditions. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these conditions.
§2 Copyright:
All images offered by wildlife.de are subject to copyright held by wildlife.de.
§3 Liability:
The customer acknowledges that the use of the service is at their own risk. No guarantee is given that the service is free of errors or interruptions. There is no warranty regarding the results arising from the service. The service is provided "as is." Neither wildlife.de nor anyone involved in creating, producing, or delivering the service can be held liable for direct or consequential damages arising from these service conditions.
§4 Delivery Conditions:
1. As long as the customer is in arrears with any obligation, wildlife.de's delivery obligation shall be suspended.
2. All orders will be executed as promptly as possible. Wildlife.de strives for a delivery time of 48-72 hours. Minor delivery delays do not entitle the customer to refuse acceptance.
3. Wildlife.de is entitled to make partial deliveries.
§5 Shipping:
Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post or courier services commissioned by wildlife.de. The costs are calculated according to the wildlife.de price list or by agreement.
§6 Right of Withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. Excluded from this are unsealed data carriers or custom-made products. The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped.
§7 Warranty:
Legitimate complaints will only be considered if they are reported within 14 days of receiving the works. The customer is entitled to rectification or replacement delivery.
§8 Complaints:
For complaints, the same provisions apply as under §7 Warranty. Color deviations are not a reason for complaint.
§9 Payment Terms:
The customer is responsible for the payment of all fees and taxes. If the customer fails to meet their payment obligation, the service may be suspended or permanently refused.
§10 Data Storage:
Data necessary for business transactions is stored in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act and treated confidentially.
§11 General Copyright Information:
The service is the property of wildlife.de and is subject to copyright law.
§12 Obtaining Further Information:
The customer agrees that wildlife.de may send general information (newsletter) via email. This service is free and can be canceled at any time.
§13 Miscellaneous:
Should any provision of this contract be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
