Fins of Southern Right Whale on the water surface

Description: The Southern Right Whale, also known as Eubalaena australis, is a magnificent marine creature. Its distinctive fins protrude majestically from the water surface. These gentle giants belong to the Balaenidae family and can reach lengths of up to 18 meters. They primarily feed on krill and other small crustaceans and are found in the waters around the South Pole as well as in countries like South Africa, South America, and New Zealand. Sadly, these wonderful animals were heavily hunted and are now rarely seen.
