Description: The Clearfin lionfish, also known as Pterois radiata, is a fascinating creature found in the waters of the Red Sea. Measuring about 20 cm in length, it is one of the most striking marine inhabitants. During the day, it hides in dark, shady areas of the reef, only to become active at night. Its spiky appearance and venomous spines make it a formidable yet dangerous sight. The main diet of the Clearfin lionfish consists of crabs and shrimps.
