Description: The Red Snapper (Lutjanus bohar) is a fish native to the South Pacific, commonly found at depths of 10-70 meters. The juvenile form of this fish primarily inhabits shallow reefs and is characterized by the two distinctive white spots that give the fish its name. With a maximum length of 75 centimeters, the Red Snapper is one of the impressive inhabitants of Shark Reef in Beqa Lagoon, Viti Levu, Fiji. It showcases a vibrant red coloration in its adult stage.
