Description: The Common Bigeye, also known as Priacanthus hamrur, is a fascinating fish native to the Red Sea. This species forms small schools that prefer to inhabit under sheltered coral overhangs. At sunset, they venture out to hunt for small fish and crustaceans, before retreating to their shelters before dawn. With their large eyes, they are highly active at night and have excellent vision.
