Description: The Jewel Damsel, also known as Plectroglyphidodon lacrymatus, is a captivating marine creature. These small fish inhabit outer reefs and lagoons of the tropical Indo-Pacific region, commonly found at depths of 1-40 meters. Juvenile Jewel Damsels are characterized by their bright blue spots on the body, making them particularly attractive. With a length of up to 11 cm, they are a sight to behold in the clear waters of the South Pacific.
