With 52,700 square meters of office space, 63 floors, and a height of 258.74 meters (298.74 meters with antenna), the skyscraper is a prominent landmark in the city. The building was constructed over a period of three years and completed in 1997. Over 2000 people work in the offices of this tall office building. Unique features include three gardens spanning multiple floors, showcasing plants from different climate zones. The architecture was designed by Sir Norman Foster.
