Description: The Baby Great White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias) gracefully navigates through the plankton-rich waters off the coast of Gansbaai, South Africa. These young specimens of this captivating predator are already between 1.10 and 1.50 meters long at birth and self-sufficient. They feed on small fish and squids and are extremely cautious, especially in the presence of adult sharks. Only a few manage to reach adulthood and dominate the oceans.
