Description: The gray reef shark (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos) is a fascinating species native to the waters of the South Pacific. With its gray base color and the distinctive black margin on its tail fin, it is a striking sight. These sharks reach a maximum length of about 250 cm and primarily feed on reef fish, cephalopods, and crustaceans. Gray reef sharks are commonly found at Shark Reef in the Beqa Lagoon.
