The blacktip reef sharks are up to 160 cm long, with a gray-brown base color and distinctive black tips on all fins. They are often found in shallow waters and are regular visitors at the Shark Reef. The whitetip reef sharks, identifiable by the white tips on the dorsal and tail fins, prefer a maximum length of about 200 cm and mainly feed on reef fish.
