Its graceful flight over the bright sandy bottom and hiding under corals make it a captivating sight. The ochre-colored upper side of the stingray beautifully contrasts with the vibrant blue spots. Its golden shimmering eyes give it an expressive look. This stingray feeds on shrimps, worms, and hermit crabs and has two poisonous spines at the tail end.
