Description: The Great Frigatebird, also known as Fregata minor, is a fascinating inhabitant of Eastern Island. With a wingspan of up to two meters and a weight of under two kilograms, they are extremely skilled fliers. Their favorite prey is flying fish, but they also hunt squids and other fish near the water's surface. The breeding pairs of Great Frigatebirds are cunning hunters, also known as air pirates, attacking other seabirds and stealing their prey.
