Description: The Great Frigatebird (Fregata minor palmerstoni) is a fascinating seabird, seen here majestically soaring against a backdrop of white clouds. With a wingspan of approximately two meters and weighing less than two kilograms, these birds are true masters of flight. They skillfully hunt for flying fish, squids, and other marine creatures. Newly hatched turtles and young seabirds are particularly vulnerable to the attacks of frigatebirds, who are known as sky pirates. They strategically wait for prey to swoop in and seize it skillfully. A breathtaking sight amidst nature.
