Description: The Kelp gull (Larus dominicanus) is an impressive species of gull with a yellow beak and a distinctive red spot on the lower beak. In this image, we see a young Kelp gull gracefully soaring through the air. This species of gull is known for its acrobatic flying maneuvers. Kelp gulls primarily breed on the Antarctic Peninsula and feed on limpets and other marine creatures.
