Description: The impressive Baby Great White Shark, scientifically known as Carcharodon carcharias, is a fascinating creature. Just a few days old, it moves gracefully beneath the surface of the ocean off the coast of Gansbaai in South Africa. With an approximate length of 1.10 to 1.50 meters and a weight between 18 and 30 kilograms, it is already fully developed and self-sufficient. Its diet mainly consists of small fish, rays, and squids. Young sharks like this one are extremely cautious and quickly flee at the sight of adult sharks. Only a few Baby Great White Sharks survive to adulthood, highlighting their fascination and importance in the marine world.
