Description: The King Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus jubatus) appears astonished in its surroundings. It is a rare variant of the regularly spotted cheetah, captivating with its larger black spots that sometimes merge into stripes. Kept in captivity, it is cared for at the Hoedspruit Research & Breeding Centre (Kapama Private Game Reserve) and contributes to the preservation of its species.
