This rare variation of the cheetah features larger black spots that merge into distinctive stripes. Our portrait showcases a magnificent King Cheetah in captivity, cared for at the Hoedspruit Research & Breeding Centre in the Kapama Private Game Reserve. Here, not only bred cheetahs are nurtured, but also animals brought in by farmers and later reintroduced into the wild.
