Diversity in the Fiji Rainforest

Description: The rainforest in Fiji covers approximately 40 percent of the country's land area, mainly in the rain-rich southeastern side. Here, a variety of plants thrive, including orchids, hibiscus, bamboo, ferns, mangroves, and palms. The rainforest is teeming with life and offers no unused space. There is no other place on earth that is biologically as complex as the rainforest. A multitude of climbing plants call this place home.
