Description: The Great Frigatebird, also known as Fregata minor palmerstoni, is a fascinating seabird native to Eastern Island. With an impressive wingspan of up to two meters and a weight of less than two kilograms, these birds are true masters of the skies. They primarily feed on flying fish, but also hunt squid and other marine creatures near the water's surface. Hatchling turtles and seabird chicks are particularly vulnerable.
