Description: The Red-footed Booby (Sula sula) is a stunning seabird native to the Midway Atoll in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands. These birds only breed on the eastern island, forming a colony of around 750 pairs. Red-footed Boobies are skilled hunters, flying far out to sea in search of fish and plunging from great heights into the water to catch their prey. With their bright red feet and legs, blue bill, and distinctive black wingtips, they are a captivating sight.
